I've bought a new computer/laptop, can I transfer my cover?
Unfortunately, you cannot currently transfer your cover with a particular system to another one. This service and cost is supplied on a "per system basis" and is not transferable.
If you wish to protect a new system in place of your existing one, you will need to re-purchase the anti-virus maintenance and support cover. This will of course come with another full year's cover.
Can I protect my server with this service?
This particular service is not available for servers. If you require cover for a server-based system, please contact us for a personalised quote.
